Who we are
Cortex Tech Labs builds and looks after websites, mobile apps, business email, business software and AI for businesses in India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cortex Tech Labs.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form on this website, we collect:
- your name
- your mobile number
- your email address, if you give it
- your business name, if you give it
- the services you pick
- your message, if you write one
When you call or WhatsApp us, we see your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
This website does not ask for payment details, passwords or ID documents.
Your consent
We collect these details only with your consent. When you tick the box on the contact form, you agree that we can contact you about your enquiry. We handle your data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act).
You can withdraw your consent at any time. See “Your rights” below.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about it. For example, to understand what you need, share a quote or set up a call.
Who handles it for us
A few services help us run this website and reply to you. They handle your data only to do that job for us:
- Vercel hosts this website and gives us privacy-friendly visitor statistics.
- Resend, our email provider, delivers your enquiry to our inbox when the contact form sends it by email.
- WhatsApp carries your messages if you choose to message us there. Those chats are also covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Some of these services may process data outside India.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with the services listed above, and only so they can do their job for us.
Visitor statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see how many people visit, which pages they open and how quickly pages load. These tools give us anonymous, combined numbers. They do not use cookies and do not tell us who you are.
If you pause the motion on our home page, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for your enquiry and any work that follows, or as the law requires. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct details that are wrong
- complete details that are missing
- erase your details, unless the law requires us to keep them
- stop using your details, by withdrawing your consent
- look into a complaint about how we have handled your data
- accept a nominee who can use these rights for you if you die or can no longer act for yourself

Children
This website is meant for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
